Career Highlights
Launched a bunch of sites lately... Some are down to the right. Others are found here.
Wednesday, January 19, 2011
It's been three months since I went to "work" and dealt with an employer. I've been working with old clients and picking up some new ones, all is well.
Thursday, September 24, 2009
Spent a lot of years rather unhappilly working at jobs I didn't like much because I was a "single dad with a mortgage."
Friday, June 5, 2009
Got hired by a client and ended a fruitful freelance career. A regular paycheck was a good thing, as was the office and new PC.
Wednesday, March 20, 2002
Picked up three clients, resulting in full-time work without an employer. There is $$$ stress, but the freedom is cool. An irony is that all those sites are now gone.
Wednesday, October 15, 2001
Finished art school and got hired immediately by a bunch of digital art firms to work on CD-Rom projects. When the internet happened, I was right there building interfaces. Launched some of my own sites as well.
Friday, June 9, 1995
Worked with lots of newspapers as an editor and staff writer after completing English, Art History and Journalism degrees. My "beat" was cultural and did a lot of art show, concert and music reviews.

| Schools |
My educational background is Journalism and Art History. While working in these fields, the desktop revolution hit publishing, so I went back to school and learned graphic design. The timing was good and I went to work doing cd-rom projects and eventually internet graphics and programming, project management and user interface design.
